How do I place an order?
Click "Select options" or "Buy" on the item you wish. Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size and quantity then add it to your shopping cart. Open your shopping cart by clicking "CART". Proceed to the "CHECK OUT" page, where you will fill in your personal information, choose the shipping method and pay for the order. Make sure you complete all the steps in the payment procedure so the transaction is properly processed.
How do I choose the right size?
There are two different sizes to choose from. The bracelets are not
adjustable, so please make sure that you choose the right size. Only King of skulls bracelet can be shortened.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
When you have placed an order and finished the payment process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes. It is important to make sure that the e-mail you entered is correct.
Do not place a new order before going through these two steps below:
Step 1: Please check among the spam emails. If you cannot find the e-mail there you can move on to step two.
Step 2: Contact SKULLS FOR ROAD customer support. Send an email with your name to firstname.lastname@example.org so that the support team can check if the order has been registered in the system. You can also use the Contact form to contact the support team.
How do I change my order, Can I do it after I have received the completion e-mail?
Once you have received the completion e-mail we are unable to make any changes. If you notice anything wrong with your order please contact email@example.com
When will my order be shipped and how long does it take until I receive it?
We always strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. First you get a order confirmation e-mail and then you will get a completion email once it is shipped. The delivery time depends on our shipping company Slovak Post. Our shipping takes in average about 4-10 business days from the day of the completion day. The number of days depend on the distance to your country, sometimes the shipping will take more than 10 business days if your country is far away. We ship our products from Kosice, Slovakia.
Will the package be delivered to my address?
The package is delivered to the entered shipping address after purchasing the product. The package is small and fits into your mail box.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
First you get an order confirmation e-mail and then you get a completion e-mail once the order is shipped. If the number of working days have passed from the day you received the completion e-mail, contact the support team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Contact form.
If the maximum number of working days has not passed yet from the day of the completion e-mail, we will ask for your patience.

What is your Exchange policy?
We offer a 14 day exchange period. Send an email to
email@example.com or use the Contact form and we will assist you with
the exchange. The product has to be sent back in original packaging and not damaged.
Warranty Claim.The guarantee period for our products is 24 months according the Slovak Republic law if the law of Slovak republic does not enact shorter period for certain kinds of goods. The quarantee period starts from the day of the delivery. If the customer finds out some damage marles immediately informs the seller within 24 hours by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
to inform about damage good.
The guarantee does not reffer to:
Damages which are caused by not following recommended instructions, wrong storage or wrong taking care of the product. Damages which show after in touch with water, sweat, hair spray, cream, sea water, cleaning products or another cosmetic products, by parfume or toilet water. Defects which have not beem found in the time of delivery and have not be reported by email within 24 hours to email@example.com
Is there any official store where I live?
For the moment SKULLS FOR ROAD only provide products online.

When ordering, only the data necessary for the successful completion of the order is required. The provided data will be used for the ordering of the order, the provision of a claim or the return of the goods. The data is only available to the authorized shop assistant at www.eshop-skullsforroad.com and is not provided to third parties except for freight forwarding entities. Once the order is delivered, the data is archived and used for accounting and statistical purposes. At the buyer's request by phone or in writing, personal data in the vendor's database may be altered or deleted.
